We are a team of licensed professionals from various industries, the academe, and research and extension organizations. Upstep Review Center (URC) was established in 2019 with the objective of increasing the national passing percentage in board examinations and empowering the young generation of professionals who will be the frontliners of the Philippine industries.

Our Activities
Upstep Review Caravan
This year, we launched the Upstep Review Caravan, a series of free review sessions for PFTLE, ChTLE, AgLE, PFLE, and ABELE livestreamed via our official Facebook page. The sessions cover essential topics, quick refreshers, sample questions, and motivational insights from our review mentors.
Free Final Coaching
Last 2025, we hosted a Free Final Coaching Session for AgLE takers, livestreamed via our official Facebook page. The session featured practice questions and last minute tips from our expert mentors to help students feel confident and prepared.
Field Trips
As part of our holistic learning approach, face-to-face students join educational trips to institutions like UPLB BIOTECH, SEARCA, and more. These visits provided real-world exposure, hands-on learning experiences, and valuable insights into research and innovation, enriching classroom lessons with practical applications.
Prayer Nights
To support students emotionally and spiritually, we host prayer nights before the board exams. These gathering offers encouragement, reflection, and a sense of community, helping students find peace and confidence as they prepared for their big day.

Our main office is located at 3F Vega Center, Lopez Avenue, College, Los Baños, Laguna. We are currently on the process of preparing venues in Baguio, Cebu, and Davao for our face-to-face students.
We are offering self-paced, online, and face-to-face review programs for AgLE, ABELE, ChLE, PFLE, and PFTLE. To see more information on these courses, please visit the Program or Course tab available on the website.
We provide 3 months of guided lectures and 6 months of access to review materials so that students can still review on their own.
We accept Bank Transfer (Online or Over-the-counter) or GCash to Bank.
Yes, 50% of the review fee should be settled upon registration then the other half is due before the review start date.
